Agent ExperienceMonitor

Effective August 31, 2026

Terms of service

These terms set the rules for using the readiness audit, authenticated workspace, monitoring, and billing features.

Agreement and eligibility

By using Agent Experience Monitor, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be able to form a binding agreement and must provide accurate account and billing information.

What the service does

The service performs bounded, read-only checks on publicly accessible website pages. It produces diagnostic scores, findings, evidence, and optional recommendations. It does not authenticate to the target site, submit forms, modify content, add items to a cart, or complete a transaction.

Authorized use

You may run a credit-funded audit against a public website for legitimate evaluation. You must prove control of a domain before enabling recurring monitoring. Do not use the service to probe private systems, evade access controls, overload a target, infringe rights, or violate law.

Audit Credits and Monitor plan

  • Each manually requested readiness or Monitor audit consumes one Audit Credit. Readiness reports remain available for 7 days.
  • Monitor is $29 monthly or $290 yearly per licensed website and includes the limits shown on the pricing and billing pages. Adding a website may create a prorated charge for the current period. A website scheduled to pause remains available through its paid period and is excluded from the following renewal.
  • Paddle is the merchant of record. Applicable taxes, supported payment methods, invoices, and eligible refunds are handled through Paddle's checkout and customer portal. See our Refund Policy.
  • You can cancel future renewal through Manage billing. Access remains available through the paid period unless Paddle or applicable law states otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for account security, the sites and instructions you submit, reviewing findings before acting on them, and maintaining your own backups. Scores and recommendations are decision support, not a promise of traffic, compatibility, revenue, or transaction completion.

Availability and changes

The service is an evolving product. Features, limits, and integrations may change as reliability and safety improve. We may suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service, or when these terms are materially breached.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Automated findings can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect, and different AI systems may interpret a site differently. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Agent Experience Monitor is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from reliance on an audit. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
